The mission of the Keystone West Lake Estates Property Owners Association (KWLEPOA) is to promote the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Westport. The KWLEPOA is responsible for owning, acquiring, building, operating and maintaining parks, playgrounds, swimming pools, commons, streets, footways, buildings, structures and personal properties. The overall goal of the KWLEPOA is to enhance the common benefit and enjoyment of Westport residents.
